The NASCAR All-Star race pits the past winners of NASCAR Cup Series titles and recent races in an exhibition race. A $1 million prize goes to the car that reaches the checkered flag first.
20 drivers automatically qualify for the race. They will be joined by the top-two finishers of the 18-acr Open race hours before.
The 20 drivers that have already qualified for the All-Star Race are as follows (alphabetically by last name):
Harrison Burton is the only driver in the race who isn't a current full-time driver in the NASCAR Cup Series. Despite winning last year's second race at Daytona, he's competing in the Xfinity Series this year, but is swapping cars to participate in this one.
Among the drivers competing in the All-Star Open are Bubba Wallace, Ty Gibbs, Ryan Preece and Carson Hocevar. Rookie debutants in the All-Star Open include Riley Herbst and Shane van Gisbergen.
