NASCAR Champion Joey Logano reveals how to be a ‘good dad’
NADIA ZOMORODIAN/NEWS-JOURNAL / USA TODAY NETWORK

Two-time NASCAR Cup champion Joey Logano is going through some of his life’s most compact and hectic times. He is training every day to improve and drive to fight for more titles as he is in the peak age of his career. At the same time, Logano has three children below seven and wants to be the best dad.

Logano and his wife Britny have two sons and a daughter. His eldest son Hudson is six and, just like his father, has already started racing. His second son, Jameson, is three years old, and his youngest, Emilia, is two. He has carefully compartmentalized his time between racing with his family and Team Penske so that he can give his 100% all the time.

While discussing his approach to being a good dad, Logano pointed out that being one is very hard. He tries to set an example for them by working his best and showing them what he does and how he approaches it. Logano added that he always tries to maximize the moments he shares with his kids.

It’s hard. There are days when you feel like you didn’t do a good enough job of being a dad. But you have to realize that part of being a good dad is setting a good example of going to work and showing them what you do and trying to take them with you. And I try to maximize every moment I have with them. Logano said, as reported by Autoweek.
