In the last couple of seasons, the state of Roush Fenway Keselowski (RFK) Racing has put on display the dichotomy between the old-school and historic roots of Roush Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series, and the new-school way of thinking that has been brought into the equation by Brad Keselowski.
Keselowski became a co-owner of the team in 2022, investing in what was originally known as Roush Fenway Racing, to give the organization a breath of life, a top-tier racecar driver, and a succession plan, as NASCAR debuted the seventh-generation car.
In the three years since, the organization has seen a major surge in performance, returning to Victory Lane for the first time in a half-decade, and doing so six times – five times courtesy of Chris Buescher and once with Brad Keselowski.
For the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series campaign, RFK Racing will maintain its core two-driver lineup of Brad Keselowski and Chris Buescher. Keselowski will have a new crew chief in former Team Penske employee Jeremy Bullins, while Chris Buescher will continue to work with Scott Graves.
The new season will also include a trio of major additions; the first of which is a third NASCAR Cup Series charter, leased from Rick Ware Racing’s No. 15 entry. Ryan Preece is the second major addition, and he’ll pilot the third car, driving the No. 60.
Also joining RFK Racing in 2025 is iconic grocery store chain Kroger, which will move its long-time sponsorship of JTG Daugherty Racing in the NASCAR Cup Series to RFK Racing, spreading the love across the team’s three full-time drivers.
It’s destined to be a high-stakes season for RFK Racing, who looks to return to the championship-winning form of its past.
