A pair of NASCAR Xfinity Series rookies will lead the field to the green flag for Saturday's BetMGM 300 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
With a lap of 30.598 seconds, Taylor Gray earned the second pole of his Xfinity Series career. He also won the pole at Homestead-Miami Speedway in March.

Meanwhile, a fellow rookie in Connor Zilisch, who is returning after he missed the May 3 race at Texas due to a back injury suffered at Talladega, qualified second and will start beside Gray on the front row.
Austin Hill, William Byron and Brandon Jones rounded out the top five, with William Sawalich, Ryan Sieg, Sheldon Creed, Chase Briscoe and Justin Allgaier completing the top 10.
Other notable qualifiers include Sam Mayer in 11th, Jesse Love in 19th, Austin Dillon in 20th, Harrison Burton in 25th and Parker Retzlaff in 34th.
Katherine Legge qualified 32nd and will make her fourth Xfinity Series start of 2025 on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Dawson Cram and Carson Ware did not post fast enough times to make the field. They are the two drivers that did not qualify for the race.
The BetMGM 300 will go green shortly after 4:30 p.m. ET, with coverage on the CW, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Pre-race coverage will begin at 3:30 p.m. ET on the CW and at 4 p.m. ET on PRN.
