At Talladega Superspeedway, green flag pit stops can make or break a driver's race. Getting onto pit road is much harder than it looks, and occasionally, green flag pit stops can lead to a crash.
That's what happened in Stage 1 of Sunday's Jack Link's 500, as on Lap 43, Ryan Blaney, Brad Keselowski and Kyle Busch were involved in a crash during a green flag pit cycle.

As a group of cars attempted to enter pit road on Lap 43, Busch made contact with Keselowski, turning both cars and sending Keselowski into the right side of Ryan Blaney. As Busch spun back up the track, he made contact with Alex Bowman, though Bowman received considerably less damage than the other three drivers involved.
Blaney took his No. 12 to the garage for his crew to make repairs, while Keselowski got out of his totaled car, officially knocking him out of the race. Busch went to pit road in order for his crew to make repairs and was able to rejoin the race.
