Russell Westbrook is one of the most iconic players in NBA history.
The nine-time NBA All-Star is still a reliable role player at 36.
Last season (with the Denver Nuggets), he had averages of 13.3 points, 4.9 rebounds, 6.1 assists and 1.4 steals per contest while shooting 44.9% from the field and 32.3% from the three-point range in 75 games.
On August 14, Westbrook still remains a free agent who is available to sign with any team in the league.
Despite being out of his prime, the former UCLA star could be a productive role player for a lot of teams around the league.

The Nuggets lost to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the second round of the 2025 NBA playoffs.
While Westbrook had a good season, he had his struggles against OKC.
Via Kevin O'Connor of Yahoo Sports: "Russell Westbrook finished with a -92 plus/minus in the Nuggets-Thunder series. Final stats:
9.9 PPG
34.8 FG%

2.6 TOV
Another volatile series for Russ."
Westbrook was the fourth pick in the 2008 NBA Draft.
He has also played for the Clippers, Lakers, Rockets, Wizards and Thunder over 17 seasons.
