Chris Bosh: Warriors more of a dynasty than the Heat

Chris Bosh won a pair of NBA championships as part of the Miami Heat squad that played in four consecutive Finals before LeBron James took his talents back to the Cleveland Cavaliers and guided that franchise to its first title.

However, Bosh doesn't believe his former employer was the Association's top dynasty of the 2010s.

As Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel wrote, Bosh spoke about the matter during an Instagram Live session. "I was thinking about our place in the history of the game and all that stuff," Bosh said on the social media platform. "I even think the (Golden State) Warriors had more of a dynasty. I think ours was, you know the band Cream, from the UK? We're more like Cream.

"We were more like Cream, 'Ah, we'll come together. We'll play. We'll put this mega-thing together, four years, and four years only, baby. . . . It was just a crazy time."

As Winderman noted, Cream, fronted by legendary musician Eric Clapton, lasted from only 1966 through 1968. The Miami "Heatles" that featured Bosh, LeBron James and Dwyane Wade played together from the fall of 2010 through the spring of 2014.

The Warriors, meanwhile, played in every NBA Finals from 2015 through 2019. Golden State won the championship in 2015, and in 2017 and 2018 after Kevin Durant made his move from the Oklahoma City Thunder to the West Coast.

The math seems to back Bosh's claim.
