Anthony Davis is unloading more than just jumpers this NBA offseason. He’s also parting ways with his Bel Air mega-mansion.
According to TMZ, Davis has listed his Los Angeles mansion for $39.9 million. The move comes months after the 10-time All-Star was traded from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Dallas Mavericks.
The 17,254-square-foot estate sits inside the gated Bel Air Crest community and includes eight bedrooms and just about every amenity imaginable.
Among the highlights are an elevator, a game room, home gym, barber shop, theater, lounge, wine cellar, wet bar, and tennis court.
TMZ also reports that the home features an Olympic-sized pool, outdoor kitchen, and even a batting cage. There is also a wellness center equipped with a sauna and plunge tub.
The property also boasts a children’s playhouse with its own heating and ventilation system. The listing is held by Jordan Cohen of Remax.
Davis, 32, was not expecting to leave Los Angeles but has found himself in Texas after the stunning February deal that sent Luka Doncic to the Lakers.
Injuries limited Davis to just 51 games during the 2024-25 season, including only nine appearances with Dallas after the trade.
He underwent offseason surgery to repair a detached retina in his right eye, an issue that lingered late in the year. He is expected to be ready for training camp, sources told Hoops Wire.
Davis is under contract with the Mavericks for two more seasons and holds a $62.8 million player option for 2027-28.
Dallas is hoping a healthy Davis, along with No. 1 overall pick Cooper Flagg, can help calm some of the backlash from fans still reeling over the trade that sent Doncic out of town.
As for Davis, he offered no words but did post a brief message to Instagram on Thursday. It featured a sighing emoji and praying hands.
