Bol Bol Not Traveling, Will Miss Suns-Pelicans
Gary A. Vasquez-USA TODAY Sports

The Phoenix Suns are near full strength when it comes to their roster, a sigh of relief for a star-studded team that's been plagued with injuries since the start of the season.

Though their "big three" of Bradley Beal, Devin Booker and Kevin Durant are on the court and contributing, the Suns will again be without fan favorite Bol Bol, who is set to miss another game due to a right foot sprain.

Bol won't travel with the team for their Friday road match against the New Orleans Pelicans according to Suns coach Frank Vogel, though he still believes the injury isn't serious.

Bol hasn't played since Jan. 11 against the Los Angeles Lakers, missing what will now be three consecutive games. Phoenix will return for a home date against the Indiana Pacers on Sunday.

Prior to his absence, Bol played 10+ minutes in the last four games after emerging into the rotation, averaging 8.8 points on 77.8% shooting with 5.8 rebounds and 1.5 assists per night.

The Suns themselves are on a three-game winning streak after a miraculous comeback victory over the Sacramento Kings. Their 22-18 record currently has them at No. 8 in the West, though they're just four games removed from the Los Angeles Clippers' four-seed.

Phoenix did miss Yuta Watanabe last time out (illness) though the rest of the roster is healthy - save for Damion Lee, who had meniscus surgery ahead of training camp. Vogel told reporters he is still expected back prior to the end of the regular season.
