One of the main concerns in the NBA heading into the offseason is Giannis Antetokounmpo's future with the Milwaukee Bucks. After the team was eliminated in the first round by the Indiana Pacers, there have been speculations about Antetokounmpo's time in Milwaukee.

The Greek Freak has been with the Bucks his entire career and even led them to a championship in 2021. However, the lack of success for the organization in recent years has not been well for Antetokounmpo.

He's already revealed that he wants to win another championship. But the Bucks have struggled in that regard and have even made significant changes to their roster.

On Friday, Sam Vecenie of The Athletic revealed that the Bucks are leaning toward one side when it comes to deciding about Antetokounmpo's future. The organization is determined to keep him and wants to have him stay in Milwaukee.

"The read on the Bucks from the rest of the league right now is that they hope to keep Antetokounmpo. To the knowledge of everyone I’ve spoken to around the league, Milwaukee has not yet hit a point at which he is available," Vecenie wrote.

"The organization genuinely loves Antetokounmpo and loves having him as its cornerstone."

Earlier reports reveal that the Bucks and the 2021 Finals MVP will discuss their next step. That talk will determine if Antetokounmpo will request a trade or carry on his career in Milwaukee.

The nine-time All-Star has spent 12 years with the Bucks and has emerged as one of the best superstars. He's won MVPs, a Defensive Player of the Year award and multiple All-NBA nods. Antetokounmpo has averaged 23.9 points, 9.9 rebounds and five assists for the team.
