Things are not getting better for the Milwaukee Bucks. Rumors about Giannis Antetokounmpo potentially forcing his way out of the team continue to swirl, while the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player isn’t helping the Bucks on the court either due to an injury. In addition, Milwaukee isn’t winning games.
On Sunday, it suffered yet another loss, as Milwaukee absorbed a 103-100 defeat at the hands of Anthony Edwards and the Minnesota Timberwolves at Target Center in Minneapolis.
The loss extended Milwaukee’s losing streak to three games and dropped the team’s record to 11-18, as the Bucks sink further below the .500 mark.
A bright spot for the Bucks of late, however, has been the play of Kevin Porter Jr..
He shone anew in the Minnesota game, as he shot 8/17 from the floor for 24 points, while adding 10 rebounds, nine assists, four steals and a block in 37 minutes of action.
For his performance, Milwaukee awarded him with Player of the Game honors.

Over his last five games, Porter has put up averages of 20.2 points on a 45.9 percent shooting from the field and 40.6 percent shooting from behind the arc ,9.6 assists and 6.2 rebounds.
The former USC Trojans star should be able to see a high usage going forward, especially with the Bucks still missing the services of Antetokounmpo, who is nursing a calf issue.
Porter could have another big night this coming Tuesday, when Milwaukee takes on the Indiana Pacers on the road.
