
The Milwaukee Bucks will once again be shorthanded when they take on the Brooklyn Nets at Barclays Center on Tuesday at 7:30 PM ET.
Giannis Antetokounmpo, who remains out with a left knee hyperextension and bone bruise, headlines a lengthy injury report that also includes Kyle Kuzma who is sidelined due to right Achilles tendinopathy. Kevin Porter Jr. is dealing with right knee synovitis, Bobby Portis is out with a left wrist sprain, and Ryan Rollins has a right hip strain. Gary Trent Jr. is listed with a left hip pointer, while Myles Turner is sidelined due to a left ankle sprain.

The Bucks will feel the absence of, who averages 27.6 points and 9.8 rebounds per game, along with Porter Jr.’s 17.4 points and 7.4 assists. Turner and Portis, who chip in 11.9 and 13.7 points per contest, will also be sidelined, leaving Milwaukee thinner in the paint.
The Brooklyn Nets are also dealing with significant absences as well. Nic Claxton, Terance Mann, Michael Porter Jr., Noah Clowney, Egor Demin, Ziaire Williams, Day’Ron Sharpe, and Danny Wolf are all ruled out. Meanwhile, guard Ben Saraf is listed as probable as he manages back tightness.
Nets are dealing with a similar situation. Claxton, who averages 11.7 points and 6.9 rebounds, plays a key role in anchoring the frontcourt, while Mann, Michael Porter Jr., and Ziaire Williams combine for more than 34 points per game. Demin and Clowney also add scoring off the bench and defensive depth, both of which Brooklyn will be missing.
The Bucks head into this matchup following a 131-115 win over the Memphis Grizzlies, though they were routed 133-101 by the Boston Celtics two nights prior.
Meanwhile, the Brooklyn Nets are coming off a 121-115 victory against Washington Wizards, after suffering a 141-107 defeat to the Atlanta Hawks in their previous outing.
This season, the Bucks and the Nets have each taken a win in their two meetings. Milwaukee secured a 116-99 victory on November 29, while the Brooklyn came back strong with a 127-82 triumph on December 14. Both teams have struggled to maintain consistency and are already eliminated from playoff contention, with Brooklyn holding a 19-59 record and Milwaukee at 31-47.
