The Milwaukee Bucks spotlighted Bogoljub Marković and Mark Sears in a video released Tuesday, showcasing their behind-the-scenes involvement in preparations for the 2025 NBA Draft.

The Bucks drafted Bogoljub Marković with the 47th overall pick out of Serbia and added Mark Sears on a two-way deal after he went undrafted from Alabama. Marković took the floor for Milwaukee in the NBA Summer League, while Sears was sidelined with a calf injury.

The 13-minute feature gave fans a glimpse inside the Bucks’ draft war room with the front office, as well as practice sessions leading up to Summer League. It also captured free agents Myles Turner and Cole Anthony arriving in Las Vegas to finalize their contracts with the team.

Marković appeared in five Summer League games for the Bucks, averaging eight points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.4 assists while shooting 48.3% from the floor. He reached double figures in scoring twice, highlighted by a 14-point outing on July 13.

Last season in Serbia, the Bucks 47th-pick averaged 13.7 points and 6.8 rebounds while shooting 37% from three and 61.2% overall. Despite his scoring touch, concerns remain about his decision-making, as he averages just as many turnovers as assists. At six-foot-11 and 215 pounds, Marković is still developing physically, with a frame that needs more strength before he can realistically see NBA minutes.

At just 20 years old, Marković ranked among the top international prospects in this year’s class thanks to his offensive versatility, ball-handling skills, and effectiveness in the paint. He will spend next season back with Mega Basket as a draft-and-stash player, the Serbian club confirmed last month.

Next season, Mark Sears will divide his time between the Bucks and their G League affiliate, the Wisconsin Herd. Under his two-way deal, he can be active for as many as 50 NBA games and will earn $636,435, which equals half of the minimum salary for a player with no prior service time.

Sears capped off his Alabama career by becoming the Crimson Tide’s first consensus First Team All-American, leading the team with 18.6 points and 5.1 assists per game. He entered the year as an AP Preseason All-American and managed to surpass those lofty expectations. The Division I active scoring leader also earned recognition as a Bob Cousy Point Guard of the Year finalist and a Naismith Trophy semifinalist.
