The Chicago Bulls wiped out the feisty Toronto Raptors in a bounce-back game, winning the game 137 to 118. This match provided the Bulls with a chance to regain their rhythm following a tough loss against the Oklahoma City Thunder in their previous game. Josh Giddey and Coby White performed as expected, with Giddey achieving his usual double-double and White scoring over 20 points.
Despite being relatively healthy, the Raptors are still waiting for their newcomer Brandon Ingram to take the court. Toronto put up a good fight early in the game, even though they have been known this season for intentionally losing games.
The game began with the Raptors building a quick nine-point lead, but that lead quickly vanished when the Bulls went on a 12-0 run. Kevin Huerter led the charge with his off-ball scoring. The Bulls dominated the first quarter, ending it with a flashy three-pointer from Buzelis.

The Bulls did not take their foot off the gas in the second quarter with Giddey scoring 11 points and getting easy buckets at the free-throw line. Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley tried to keep his team afloat with 10 points of his, but it wasn’t enough. Going to the break, Chicago had already established a cushioned double-digit lead.

As the second half began, the Bulls secured their victory early, leading to their reserves finishing the game. Chicago native Talen Horton-Tucker took full advantage of his opportunity, scoring 14 points in the fourth quarter and providing a second look at two-player Jahmir Young on the main roster.
This win over the Raptors solidified the Bulls' position for the play-in tournament for the third consecutive season. It is crucial for the Bulls to improve their standings in hopes of avoiding the need to play two play-in games.
