Former Bulls Wing Jalen Rose Remembers His Double-Overtime Game-Winning Shot

The 2002 season is remembered mostly as a deep, dark period in Bulls history sandwiched between the 1990s dynasty era and Chicago's return to playoff competition ushered in by Kirk Hinrich, Luol Deng, Eddy Curry, and Ben Gordon in 2004-05.

On March 16, 2002, the Bulls played a double-overtime thriller on the road against the Houston Rockets. Jalen Rose delivered prime-time heroics as he scored 44 points, including a clutch mid-range jumper to clinch the game in the second overtime period.
