Could Flight 8 be destined for the high altitude of the Rocky Mountains? According to Sam Amick of The Athletic , Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine has garnered substantial interest from the Denver Nuggets.
The Nuggets are seeking to bolster their scoring capabilities alongside reigning NBA MVP Nikola Jokic. Denver has expressed interest in pursuing LaVine as well as other shooting guards such as Jordan Poole of the Washington Wizards and Jordan Clarkson of the Utah Jazz. However, LaVine has reportedly been the most prominent figure in their discussions.
The Nuggets are seeking a player in the trade market who can offer offensive help, with Zach LaVine being a "significant" focus of Denver's recent efforts, sources tell @Tjonesonthenba and @sam_amick.

A potential trade scenario could see the Bulls sending LaVine and Torrey Craig to the Nuggets in exchange for Michael Porter Jr. and Zeke Nnaji. Porter Jr. was highly regarded by a segment of the Bulls' fan base before the 2018 NBA Draft. Porter Jr. and Nnaji Porter Jr. and Nnaji would undoubtedly help mitigate Chicago’s size disadvantage.
For the Nuggets, LaVine would complement Jokic and comprise a formidable big three alongside Jamal Murray to propel Denver to the summit of the Western Conference.
