Chicago Bulls Trade Coby White To Charlotte Hornets

The Chicago Bulls are trading Coby White and Mike Conley to the Charlotte Hornets for Collin Sexton, Ousmane Dieng and three second-round picks, per NBA insider Shams Charania of ESPN.

White, Conley and Sexton become unrestricted free agents this offseason.

White played college basketball at UNC and was born and raised in Goldsboro, North Carolina. He joins a talented Hornets team led by LaMelo Ball, Brandon Miller, Miles Bridges and Kon Knueppel.

The 25-year-old White is averaging 18.6 points, 3.7 rebounds and 4.7 assists per game this season while shooting 43.8% from the field, 34.6% from beyond the arc and 80.5% from the free-throw line. He was the seventh overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.

White holds career averages of 15.4 points, 3.7 rebounds and 3.9 assists per game.
