Chris Paul could retire from the NBA after next season.

Paul has been in the NBA since 2005.

Paul is an unrestricted free agent. He will not re-sign with the San Antonio Spurs

One of the best players in NBA history, Paul played in all 82 games for the Spurs last season. He averaged 8.8 points, 3.6 rebounds and 7.4 assists while shooting 42.7% from the field, 37.7% from beyond the arc and 92.4% from the free-throw line.

A 12-time All-Star, Paul has played for the New Orleans Hornets, Los Angeles Clippers, Houston Rockets, Oklahoma City Thunder, Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors and Spurs.

A top 75 player of all time, Paul has career averages of 17.0 points, 4.4 rebounds and 9.2 assists. He has never won a championship.

Paul and the Suns lost to the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2021 NBA Finals in six games. Phoenix blew a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series.

Paul has been linked to the Suns, Clippers and Bucks this offseason. It will be interesting to see where CP3 plays next season.
