The Denver Nuggets and Los Angeles Clippers are tied 1-1 in their first-round NBA playoff series. Not only are they tied 1-1, but the first two games of the series provided a meager one-point total point differential.
So far, the two teams have been playing the most entertaining series in the playoffs.
On Thursday night, both teams will be fighting for an important 2-1 series lead. With the Clippers being back at home, their fans are sure to be loud and fired up.
Ahead of the pivotal game, Nuggets head coach David Adelman made a strong accusation aimed at Los Angeles. He claimed that the Clippers pump in crowd noise.
"They pump sound in that place," he said. "That place is so loud. It reminds me of Phoenix, we lost there a couple of years ago in the second round where you couldn't even hear each other or talk to each other."
He continued on to say that the stadium is loud whether the crowd is cheering or not.

While NBA teams are permitted to pump crowd noise in, this is still a shot at the Clippers. Their fans are sure to respond by making the stadium even louder.
Adelman, who took over as Denver's interim head coach following the surprising firing of former head coach Michael Malone, has done a good job so far. He has given himself a chance to remain the team's head coach in the offseason, especially if the Nuggets can advance in the playoffs.
His father, Rick Adelman, is part of the NBA's 1,000-win club for head coaches. He won 1,042 games throughout his coaching career.
Game 3 is scheduled to tip off at 10:00 p.m. ET tonight and will be broadcasted on NBA TV.
