It wasn’t just a highlight or showcase of Booker’s abilities or work ethic to try to enhance his game by working with some of the best instructors. Suns fans quickly noticed that the shoes Booker was wearing were blurred out, implying that he was wearing a prototype of the newest edition of his shoes, the Book 2s. There were also some photos released of Book during the shoot around that had a clearer picture, and also promotions that the Nike Book 2 shoes would be dropping around January 2026.

Booker first originally released the Nike Book 1 shoe back on February 17th, 2024, during the NBA All-Star Weekend, and it immediately became a hit. Not only have players around the league taken a liking to his shoe, but Suns fans and fans around the NBA have embraced the performance and style. How Booker has embraced the culture surrounding Phoenix and how he is bringing a mix of that and his style into his shoes is truly something one of a kind that the Suns franchise can enjoy for years to come.
