Forward Kevin Love helped the Cleveland Cavaliers topple the Golden State Warriors in the 2016 NBA Finals and then inked a four-year extension worth $120 million in July 2018 after superstar LeBron James left Northeast Ohio to sign with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Injuries have turned the 32-year-old one-time champion into a spectator for much of the past few seasons since he agreed to the deal, and Cavaliers leading scorer and young guard Collin Sexton may or may not have temporarily vented frustrations about his missing teammate:
So, there's this... pic.twitter.com/CEK4HrgAP0

Sexton has since "unliked" the post in question, and it's possible that he either merely slipped while scrolling social media or was trolling a veteran who could be shopped ahead of the March 25 trade deadline.
Love played in only two games at the start of the current campaign before he was sidelined by a right calf strain for over two months but returned to the rotation for last Friday's contest at the New Orleans Pelicans. That comeback was short-lived, however, as he missed the majority of Sunday's loss to the Atlanta Hawks after he aggravated his calf.
Earlier this month, Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com mentioned that the Dallas Mavericks could be interested in acquiring Love as long as he's healthy and available to do more than watch from the sidelines. However, Sam Amico of FortyEightMinutes.com reports that at least one opposing general manager says no buyer for Love will emerge before the deadline.
