The Washington Wizards have had some household names at the Center position over these last couple of years. Last season, they had Kristaps Porzingis who is a former All Star. He has struggled to stay healthy on the court and still is trying to overcome that trial. However, it’s safe to say he has been one of the Wizards best Centers of all time.

The Washington Wizards have also had some Centers that are household names, however not necessarily All Stars like Porzingis. Do you remember Brendan Haywood, Etan Thomas, NeNe, Calvin Booth, Kwame Brown, Andray Blatch, Ryan Hollins, and Javale McGee? The Wizards have been stacked at the Center position throughout their time in the NBA. However, one name that seems to be forgotten about from time to time is former Wizard Dwight Howard.

Dwight Howard is one of the best players of all time in the NBA. He is arguably a top ten center of all time which is saying a lot because we have had some great Centers in NBA History. He is a former NBA All Star, Former NBA Champion, Former NBA Defensive Player of the Year, and former NBA Rebounding and Blocks Leader. It’s safe to say Dwight Howard is a NBA Hall of Famer too. However, it appears his basketball career isn’t quite over just yet as he has signed with a new team.

Last season, he spent the year in Taiwan to play for the Taoyuan Leopards. This year, he is taking his talents to the Philippines to play for a team there for the Dubai International Basketball Championship. The story of Dwight Howard and his basketball career and life continues to grow increasingly interesting. When it is all said and done, the documentary of Dwight Howard will be one of the best ever.
