Gilbert Arenas' Priceless Reaction to Josh Giddey's Game-Winner Against Lakers Goes Viral

Thursday's game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Chicago Bulls at United Center had arguably the craziest ending in NBA history. The Lakers appeared set for victory when they led 115-110 with 12.1 seconds remaining, but the Bulls snatched victory from the jaws of defeat, and Gilbert Arenas could not believe what he was watching.

Back-to-back threes from Coby White (thanks to a LeBron James turnover) gave the Bulls the lead, but an Austin Reaves layup put the Lakers back up with 3.1 seconds remaining. The game seemed over at that point as the Bulls had no timeouts left, but Josh Giddey then sank a game-winner from halfcourt to cap off one of the most insane sequences we've ever seen.

While NBA fans around the world were shocked by that ending, no one was perhaps as stunned as Arenas. The former NBA star was streaming the game, and his priceless reaction to Giddey's game-winner went viral.

Arenas was celebrating after Reaves gave the Lakers the lead again, but his joy turned to anguish soon enough. He stood in utter disbelief after watching Giddey's shot give the Bulls a 119-117 win.

Arenas never played for the Lakers during his NBA career, but he was raised in Los Angeles and became a fan of the team. He, like every other Laker fan, was disgusted after seeing the team lose the game in that manner.

This heartbreaking loss for the Lakers came just a day after LeBron James tipped in the game-winner at the buzzer against the Indiana Pacers. The Lakers and their fans were on cloud nine after that game, but were brought back down to earth after this one.
