The Memphis Grizzlies traded up in the first round of the NBA Draft to select Wake Forest's Jake LaRavia with the No. 19 pick.

Per ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski, Memphis traded the No. 22 and No. 29 selections to the Minnesota Timberwolves for the No. 19 pick and a future second-round pick.

LaRavia earned All-ACC honors playing in 33 games for the Demon Deacons last season. He averaged 14.6 points, 6.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.7 steals, and 1.0 blocks.

A 6-foot-8 guard, LaRavia transferred from Indiana State to Wake Forest ahead of last season.
