Hawks, Jalen Wilson Agree To Two-Way Contract

Wilson earned numerous accolades during his time at Kansas. He helped the Jayhawks win a national championship in 2022 and was a consensus AP All-American (first team) as a junior in 2022/23.

The Nets selected Wilson with the 51st overall pick in the 2023 draft. The 25-year-old spent his first three seasons in Brooklyn, averaging 7.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists on .401/.340/.788 shooting splits in 176 total games (20.2 minutes per contest).

During the 2025/26 campaign, Wilson averaged 6.4 PPG and 2.1 RPG on .396/.355/.719 shooting in 54 appearances (15.9 MPG).

As our tracker shows, Wilson will fill Atlanta’s third and final two-way spot. Guards RayJ Dennis and Keshon Gilbert currently occupy the other two-way slots.

Since he already has three years of NBA experience, Wilson’s two-way deal can only cover one season. Assuming he finishes ’26/27 on that deal, he’ll be an unrestricted free agent next summer.
