The 'Most NBA games played' quiz

The NBA regular season tips off on Tuesday, with a triple-header of high-profile games scheduled. While all three games should be compelling, the most eyeballs will probably be on the Philadelphia 76ers vs. the New York Knicks.

In a matchup of “offseason champion,” vs. reigning champion, the NBA world will get its first look at LeBron James and Jaylen Brown in Sixers uniforms at Madison Square Garden.

After acquiring Brown from the Celtics for Paul George, Philadelphia won the LeBron James sweepstakes this offseason to make a serious push in the Eastern Conference. Entering what could be his final NBA season, James is coming off of a career-low 33.2 minutes-per-game in 2025-26 but still averaged 20.9 points and 7.2 assists. Even if those minutes decrease even more this season, he could be one of the best “role players” in the NBA this season

Which brings us to today’s quiz. When LeBron steps on the floor for the first time as a Sixer, he’ll extend his NBA record of both seasons (24) and games played in his 1,623rd-career contest. With that being said, can you name the NBA players to appear in the most games all-time?

Good luck!
