The Charlotte Hornets are set to face the Sacramento Kings on Monday at 10 p.m. ET, following one of the worst losses in the organization's history.
Before hitting the court against the Kings, Charlotte was blown out in a matchup against the Portland Trail Blazers.
On Saturday, the Hornets suffered a 141-88 loss to the Trail Blazers.
Charlotte currently sits at No. 14 in the Eastern Conference standings with a 14-41 record. The only team below the Hornets in the East standings are the Washington Wizards, who sit at 9-47 on the season.
As the Hornets look to bounce back from a blowout loss, center Mark Williams was ruled out for the game due to a foot injury, per RotoWire.
So far this season, Williams has averaged 15.1 points, 9.4 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
He was recently involved in one of the strangest NBA trade deadline moves. After being traded to the Los Angeles Lakers in a deal that sent Dalton Knecht to Charlotte, Williams failed his physical and was shipped back to the Hornets.
Williams will have another opportunity to get back on the court, as he recovers from his foot injury, on Tuesday at 10 p.m. ET against the Golden State Warriors.
