Injury Report, Updated Odds (10/29): Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Denver Nuggets
USA TODAY Sports

The Oklahoma City Thunder return to the Paycom Center for their third game of the season and first game in the Modern Frontier on Sunday afternoon.

OKC is set to take on the Denver Nuggets, a meeting that will pit two of the four remaining undefeated teams in the Western Conference against one another.

After taking down the Chicago Bulls on opening night and the shorthanded Cleveland Cavaliers in the its' second game of the season, the Thunder will welcome two-time MVP Nikola Jokic to town for what is sure to be an intriguing matchup between a veteran team against a squad of young, up-and-coming players.

Injury Report:

Thunder:

Jaylin Williams, OUT (Right Hamstring Strain)

Kenrich Williams, OUT (Back Spasms)

Nuggets:

Vlatko Cancar, OUT (Left Knee Surgery)

Jay Huff, OUT (Right Rib Fracture)

With Kenrich Williams and Jaylin Williams both slated to miss today's contest against the Nuggets, the Thunder may consider getting two-way center Olivier Sarr on the floor.

In OKC's season opener against the Bulls, Sarr played 11 minutes, tallying four points and four rebounds.

With Denver having plenty of interior size on their roster, it would not be surprising to see Sarr once again play minutes that likely would go to Jaylin WIlliams if the second-year player was healthy.

Listed at 6-foot-10 and 240 pounds, Sarr is a good alternative for Chet Holmgren, who is over 30 pounds lighter than his French counterpart.

Jaylin and Kenrich Williams have yet to suit up for the Thunder so far this season, but both players should be returning to the lineup soon.

Updated Odds:

Heading into Sunday afternoon's matchup, the Nuggets are 3.5-point favorites over the Thunder. While having Jaylin Williams in the lineup would likely help OKC's second unit, it is unlikely that the former Arkansas center's availability would have a huge impact on the game's betting odds.
