It’s time for the Sacramento Kings to get back on their feet. After a demoralizing 100-133 blowout on Sunday, the team is back in action for their first game of an extensive road stretch, taking on the Detroit Pistons.
The Kings enter the night with only one name on the injury report, boding for a pretty healthy lineup up and down the roster. However, the Pistons are dealing with a few scratches of their own, with one notable inactive rising above the rest.
Both teams dropped their injury report heading into Tuesday’s contest:
Trey Lyles- QUESTIONABLE (ankle)
Cade Cunningham- OUT (knee)
Isaiah Stewart- OUT (toe)
Monte Morris- OUT (quad)
For Sacramento, Trey Lyles is questionable with an ankle injury. He came down with it during Friday’s win over the Toronto Raptors. While he was sidelined in the Kings’ last game, tonight presents another opportunity to hit the floor.
As for Detroit, former number-one overall selection Cade Cunningham will be out for this matchup. He’s suffering from an ankle injury for which he’ll be re-evaluated in seven to ten days. The Pistons will also be without Isaiah Stewart and Monte Morris.
The Kings and Pistons will tip off in Little Caesar’s Arena at 4 PM PT, with hopes that Sacramento will get back to having success in the left column.
