The Sacramento Kings, despite short-handed, beat the Utah Jazz 125-104 on Saturday night behind a historic 47-point performance by Keegan Murray. The Kings will follow up their dominant win as they host the Washington Wizards on Monday, who have had a rough start to their 2023-24 season.
The Wizards are 4-21, but a close four-point loss to the Phoenix Suns on Sunday ruined their chances of heading into Monday's matchup in Sacramento with a winning streak. On the second leg of a back-to-back, the Wizards will be short-handed, taking on a hot Sacramento squad.
G De'Aaron Fox - QUESTIONABLE (shoulder)
C Alex Len - OUT (ankle)
G Landry Shamet - OUT (ribs)
G Johnny Davis - OUT (calf)
G Delon Wright - OUT (knee)
F Danilo Gallinari - OUT (rest)
After missing their last game, Kings' Fox could be sidelined again with right shoulder soreness. Despite being listed as questionable, the All-Star point guard was present for shootaround Monday morning, per Sean Cunningham of FOX 40.
De'Aaron Fox was present and getting shots up at Kings morning shootaround. He's still questionable for tonight's game vs. Wizards.

Fox has already missed six games this season due to injury, but if the Kings' star is not 100% by Monday's matchup, it would be best for Sacramento not to rush him back to the court.
The Wizards will be without much of their depth on Monday, but their starters are still active. Led by Kyle Kuzma, Washington may have a bad record, but they can beat any team that goes into the night with their guard down. The Kings may be missing half of their All-Star tandem, but the rest of the lineup must step up again.
Since Washington will be missing most of their bench, the Kings' second unit must take advantage of their lack of bodies. Sacramento cannot lose to a struggling Wizards team, with or without Fox, while Washington can look to make a statement against a hot Kings team.
The Kings host the Wizards on Monday at 7 P.M. PT/ 10 P.M. ET.
