Few fans celebrate harder than New York Knicks supporters after a huge playoff victory. They were in form once again after Monday’s postseason win over the Boston Celtics.

The Knicks beat the Celtics in Game 4 of their Eastern Conference semifinal series at Madison Square Garden in New York City, N.Y. The home team took control late in the third quarter and withstood every blow Boston delivered to win 121-113.

Mikal Bridges (23 points) and OG Anunoby (20 points) were huge down the stretch of Game 4. The duo combined for 19 points in the fourth quarter to flank Jalen Brunson in crunch time. Brunson, who tallied a team-high 39 points, finished the job with several clutch shots to close the game.

Fans both in and out of the arena were in a frenzied state as the Knicks went on their late run.

Knicks supporters remained in a state of euphoria after the win. The cheers did not stop as fans spilled into the streets surrounding Madison Square Garden.

Monday’s win Knicks got within a game of making the Eastern Conference Finals for the first time since 2000.

With Jayson Tatum suffering a potentially serious injury late in Game 4, New York looks to be in firm control of the series against the defending NBA champions.
