Knecht is heading into his second season with the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers drafted him in the first round of the 2024 NBA draft. While he was set to make an immediate impact for JJ Redick, Knecht's rookie season was a rollercoaster for Los Angeles.
Knecht finished last season averaging 9.1 points, 2.8 rebounds and 0.8 assists per game.
The Los Angeles Lakers are heading into the 2025-26 NBA season with the fifth-best odds to win a championship (+1500), tied with the Houston Rockets.
