LeBron James and the Los Angeles Angeles Lakers saw their six-game winning streak come to an end just before All-Star Weekend.
On Wednesday, the Lakers are back in action against LaMelo Ball and the Charlotte Hornets, marking the third game since Luka Doncic, who was traded from the Dallas Mavericks for Anthony Davis, made his Los Angeles debut on Feb. 10.
The Lakers and Hornets game was originally scheduled for Jan. 9 but was postponed due to the Los Angeles wildfires.
Going into the day, LeBron had been ruled questionable for the Hornets game while dealing with a lingering left foot issue. This injury kept him out of Sunday’s All-Star Game when LeBron announced the news just hours before the event began. Still, his team, Shaq’s OGs, went on to win.
But now, the Lakers have decided to give their older superstar a go, as LeBron has been ruled available for Wednesday night’s game against Charlotte, according to Spectrum SportsNet beat reporter Mike Trudell.
"LeBron James has been upgraded to available for tonight’s game against Charlotte," Trudell wrote on X.

Along with LeBron, Dorian Finney-Smith, Gabe Vincent and Jaxson Hayes have all been removed from the Lakers' injury report as well.
LeBron has the Lakers playing some of their best basketball of the season, winning 10 of their last 12 games and jumping to 32-20. In his 40-year-old season, the former Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat star is still playing at a high level, averaging 24.3 points, 7.7 rebounds and 9.0 assists.
Following the Charlotte game, the Lakers will get right back to work on Thursday, facing Scoot Henderson and the Portland Trail Blazers. Then, they will get Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets on Saturday.
