Luka Doncic has arrived in the City of Angels after the trade between the Dallas Mavericks and Los Angeles Lakers was officially finalized. Now, the Purple and Gold franchise posted even more photos to show the NBA star's arrival to the city.

On Sunday, the Lakers posted a video of Doncic getting out of the plane that brought him to L.A. The team then captioned the post with, "First moments in the City of Angels. Welcome to L.A., Luka Doncic."

The Lakers proceeded to post more photos from Doncic's arrival, including one showing the 25-year-old star doing the L.A. hand sign. He was also seen posing for photos with GM Rob Pelinka and teammate Maxi Kleber.

"Can’t spell Luka without LA," the Lakers wrote.

Of course, Lakers fans loved the photos and quickly reacted to the team's post.

"Already throwing LA signs, retiring as a Laker," a commenter wrote. Another one said, "I’ve seen enough give him a statue."

"Los Angeles Lukas," a fan added.

A supporter further stated, "LUKA TO THE SHRINE."

"He is here and he is perfect," a follower shared.

A sixth poster admitted, "This hit different not gonna lie."

It remains to be seen when Luka Doncic will be able to suit up for the Lakers, as he is still recovering from a calf injury. Based on recent reports, however, the wait shouldn't be long.
