The Los Angeles Lakers have alternated wins and losses since the last game of November, putting together a 4-3 record in December.

With no game on their schedule until Thursday, the Lakers turned their fans' attention toward the 2026 NBA All-Star Game on Wednesday.

This year, the weekend festivities will take place in Los Angeles at Intuit Dome, the new home of the Los Angeles Clippers, on Feb. 15. Coinciding with All-Star voting starting Wednesday and lasting through Jan. 14, the Lakers used their official account on X to spotlight franchise stars Luka Doncic, LeBron James and Austin Reaves.

"Luka. Austin. LeBron. Enough said. #VoteLakers," the Lakers posted.

The post also featured a brief clip showing recent moments from the trio, including deep threes, passing sequences and a few quotes from head coach JJ Redick and Lakers player Jake LaRavia.

The Lakers acquired Doncic in a three-team trade in February that sent Anthony Davis to Dallas, but Doncic failed to make the All-Star Game for the first time since his rookie year with the Mavericks.

James has been named an All-Star every season since 2004-05, though injuries have limited him to nine games, putting his 21-year streak in serious jeopardy, according to ESPN.

Reaves, meanwhile, is having a true breakout season with the Lakers this year, posting career-best averages across the board with 27.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 6.7 assists per game.

All-Star voting rules allow fans to account for half of the starter tally, with players and media splitting the other half. Triple-vote days will occur on Sunday, Dec. 25, Dec. 30, Jan. 7 and Jan. 14.

The NBA removed positional designations this season, allowing voters to simply select five players per conference.

Also new this season is the fact that the All-Star Game will feature three teams — two USA and one representing the world — as the NBA plans to build three eight-player squads that will compete in a round-robin format with a championship game between the two best.

The Lakers next visit the Utah Jazz on Thursday at 9 p.m. ET.
