LaVar Ball has seen his three kids find success at the beginning of their professional careers.
Lonzo (27) and LaMelo (23) have both proven to be capable point guards for the Chicago Bulls and Charlotte Hornets, respectively, with the youngest averaging over 27 points per game. The middle child, LiAngelo, couldn't quite find success in the NBA, but hs found some in music after releasing his hit single "Tweaker."
LaVar has shown his kids support throughout their careers, even helping create their own personal shoe brand called "Big Baller Brand." And now, LaVar may need the support of his kids.
On Thursday, TMZ reported that LaVar had his right foot amputated due to a "serious medical issue."
Despite the unfortunate medical procedure, LaVar was in good spirits, flashing a big smile to the camera as he was sitting in a wheelchair the same day.
On Friday, LaVar took to social media to send his first message to the world after his amputation, further confirming that he doesn't seem too bothered by it, quoting LiAngelo's song in the process.
"Everyone heard what happened, and y'all can take my foot," LaVar said. "But you know what you can't take? That primby account. I might swerve, bend that corner, woahhhh."
