LeBron James’ First Post After Anthony Davis-Luka Doncic Trade

The Los Angeles Lakers and Dallas Mavericks stunned the sports world on Saturday night. The Lakers traded Anthony Davis to the Mavs in exchange for Luka Doncic in a three-team deal involving the Utah Jazz.

It was an unreal turn of events, and it will go down as one of the most surprising trades in NBA history.

Shortly after the trade broke, Lakers superstar LeBron James took to X with his first post since the move.

"You a (expletive) lie!!!" James wrote with a Pinocchio nose emoji and a clown emoji.

James was responding to a video of CBS NBA insider Bill Reiter's report that James and become frustrated with Davis.

"LeBron James had grown a little frustrated with Anthony Davis," Reiter said.

However, it turns out that isn't the case, according to James himself.

According to Reiter, there were rumblings in the past of James being frustrated with Davis, although the two still managed to play together on the court.

It's quite the response from James, and the trade reportedly came through quickly after the Mavs reached out to the Lakers to gauge interest, as Shams Charania reported.

The Mavericks approached the Lakers recently and offered Luka Doncic, sources tell ESPN. Lakers brass met and believed the 25-year-old Doncic has the ability to be the face of their franchise for the next decade while giving Anthony Davis a win-now move in Dallas.
