LeBron James' Injury Status for Lakers vs. Warriors Game 6 Revealed
USA TODAY Sports

As they have for the entirety of this series, the Los Angeles Lakers are once again listing LeBron James as probable for Game 6 vs. the Golden State Warriors. James and the Lakers suffered a loss on the road in Game 5, and will now look to close the Warriors out at home in Game 6 - and avoid a Game 7 back in Golden State.

The Lakers have been unbeatable on their home floor so far this postseason, and when combined with Golden State's road struggles that have plagued them all year, this is a perfect opportunity for LA to finish the series. That said, the Warriors silenced much of the noise surrounding their road woes when they defeated the Sacramento Kings in Game 7 on the road, so this group has proven the ability to win a big game away from Chase Center this postseason.

If the Lakers were to lose this game, the momentum would shift all the way back to Golden State. While the Warriors certainly grabbed some momentum with their Game 5 victory, LA still sits in a fantastic position to close out the series at home. Should they fumble that opportunity, the Lakers would then give the Warriors a chance to complete the 3-1 comeback on their home floor in Game 7.

Needless to say, the Lakers have to take care of business in Game 6.
