Lonzo Ball believes his brother's time in Charlotte might be coming to an end.

The Chicago Bulls guard recently gave his 2025 NBA Draft projections, saying LaMelo Ball will be traded to the Los Angeles Clippers during the offseason.

"I low key got Dylan Harper going to the Hornets and I got Melo going to the Clips," Lonzo said on his What An Experience podcast.

The Hornets own the No. 4 overall pick in next month's draft and are reportedly eyeing a few different players, including Harper. However, most mock drafts show the Rutgers guard gone in the first three picks.

As for LaMelo, the trade rumors started heating up after he was ruled out for the remainder of the season with two separate surgeries. He has struggled to stay on the floor for extended stretches of time and hasn't played a full season in four years.

Ball was limited to 47 starts during his 2024-25 campaign due to ankle and wrist injuries. But it's important to remember that the Hornets reportedly have "no interest" in parting ways with LaMelo.

Despite being limited, Ball averaged 25.2 points and 7.4 assists per game.

The Clippers were eliminated in the first-round of the NBA playoffs this season. With Kawhi Leonard and James Harden both near the top end for salaries, would they entertain adding Ball and the remainder of his $203 million contract? We'll see what happens in the coming months.
