Look of the Day for 3/25: White feels right for Celtics

Colorado knocked off Florida in the first round of the NCAA Tournament to cash our third straight Look of the Day. Unfortunately, there are no March Madness games until Thursday, so we'll have to make do with the NBA for the next few days. Let's keep the winning streak rolling with our favorite player prop for Monday's NBA slate.

Look of the Day: Derrick White over 14.5 points (-105 ESPN BET)

Celtics vs. Hawks, 7:30 p.m. ET

If you've been following our Look of the Day series for a while, you know we love our injury-based player props in the NBA. We have one Monday night that fits the mold perfectly.

The Boston Celtics will be taking on the Atlanta Hawks, and point guard Jrue Holiday has been ruled out due to a shoulder injury for the fifth straight game. One player who benefits most (statistically, at least) from Holiday's absence is Derrick White.

In 10 games without Holiday in the lineup this season, White is averaging 18.2 points. He's gone over 14.5 points nine times in those 10 games. His minutes per game (32.6 to 35.3) and field-goal attempts per game (11.7 to 14.5) also increase when Boston's starting point guard is out. In this four-game stretch without Holiday, White has scored 17, 19, 23 and 22 points.

As for the matchup, we couldn't ask for a better one. The Hawks give up the most points per game to opposing shooting guards, and they rank 28th in the NBA in opponent three-point percentage. This is a great spot for White to exceed his points prop.
