The Los Angeles Lakers made one of the biggest moves in NBA history last season, trading for Luka Doncic, teaming him up with LeBron James.

Doncic played the final half of last season beside James after beginning his career with the Dallas Mavericks. In return, Dallas received one of the best big men in the NBA, Anthony Davis.

As Doncic continues to work into his new role with the Lakers, he's made some big decisions off the court.

It was reported Friday that Doncic has purchased the home of International Tennis Hall of Famer Maria Sharapova.

According to Arash Markazi of The Sporting Tribune, the home was purchased for $25 million and is located in Manhattan Beach, California.

In the real estate details showcased in the embedded link, Luka Doncic's new home spans more than 8,600 square feet and is a five-bedroom residence with floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden accents and a modern, spacious design in the common areas.

Doncic's move to the Los Angeles Lakers was finalized in February. He helped lead the Lakers to the NBA playoffs where they wound up losing to the Minnesota Timberwolves in the first round.

After suffering the playoff loss, Doncic has participated in offseason play for Slovenia and made a lucrative move in the real estate realm.

Last season with the Los Angeles Lakers and the Dallas Mavericks, the NBA star averaged 28.2 points, 8.2 rebounds and 7.7 assists per game.
