Megan Thee Stallion seemingly accuses Mavericks’ Klay Thompson of cheating in latest Instagram Story

The Dallas Mavericks’ Klay Thompson has in recent months been involved in one of the most high-profile relationships in the NBA world. However, he has now seemingly had a public fallout with Megan Thee Stallion, who posted an Instagram story understood to be accusing Thompson of cheating on her, per a post on X by Fullcourtpass.

“Cheating, had me around your whole family playing house… got ‘cold feet.’ Holding you down through all your HORRIBLE mood swings and treatment towards me during your basketball season now you don’t know if you can be ‘monogamous?’,” she wrote, seemingly aimed at the 36-year-old.

The relationship became public first in July 2025. After initial hints on Instagram, the two attended the Pete & Thomas Foundation Gala in New York City on July 16. Since then, the two made a number of public appearances, with the singer also frequently supporting Thompson during his games with the Mavericks.

“B—h I need a REAL break after this one. Bye yall,” she wrote.

Of course, there is no official confirmation on whether the post is directly aimed at Thompson, despite the circumstantial evidence. The former Golden State Warriors man played 21.4 minutes per game across 69 games for Dallas last season, his lowest average playing time in his career thus far.

It remains to be seen if he responds to the alleged accusations publicly.
