LeBron James‘ time with the Miami Heat is something that fans have treasured in their hearts. During his four-season stay in South Beach, he helped the team win two NBA championships, and they were in the Finals the entire time. James was focused on earning his first title with one of his closest friends, Dwyane Wade, and cementing his legacy in the league.
Last week, former Heat guard Mario Chalmers appeared as a guest on the show “Nightcap.” Chalmers was the starting point guard for the franchise when they had the Big 3 of James, Wade and Chris Bosh. The two have had disputes during their time as teammates, to the point where the two-time champion called the four-time MVP a “b***h.”
However, in his appearance on the podcast hosted by Shannon Sharpe and Chad Ochocinco Johnson, Chalmers talked about how he was impressed by James’ dedication. He talked about some instances where the 6-foot-9 forward would get his body treated while they were in the club.
“Bron will really get treatment if we was in the club,” Chalmers said. “He would literally have something on his knees or something on his back inside the club. Once somebody is doing that, that’s a real dedication. To just to be in the club with treatment.
“It’d be like the Stim, the Stim Machine, where it’s like shoot electrolyte or electricity in your knees, stuff like that… He always got something that’s recovery. Making his body recover.

Chalmers said he was amazed by what James did.
“Once you see that, that’s a different type of dedication. I had to take my hat off to that one.”
The Miami Heat have been brought up as a potential landing spot for Giannis Antetokounmpo. After three straight years of disappointing playoff exits, there have been rumors that Antetokounmpo will leave the Milwaukee Bucks.
Chalmers, who was with the Heat for quite a long time, addressed the rumors about his former team and the Bucks star.
“Everybody can’t play for Pat. I can see Giannis coming to Miami but I don’t think he will. I think he stays in Milwaukee, I think he stays. They going to figure out something,” Chalmers said.
However, he pointed out that having Antetokounmpo in Miami could be interesting.
“I can say Miami, I’m not going to disagree. Him Bam [Adebayo] and Tyler Herro, that would be a better team.”
