The Minnesota Timberwolves slipped up in a major way on Sunday night after they suffered another home loss against the defending champions Denver Nuggets, 115-107.
The Nuggets have now tied the series at 2-2 after losing the opening two games at home. Now that they have momentum on their side, Denver made sure to let Anthony Edwards and the Wolves hear about it.
At the end of Sunday’s contest, Edwards was seen going off on Jamal Murray as the two stars passed each other after the final buzzer. In his post-game press conference, Edwards shed light on exactly what he said to Murray:
“I just told his a**, we love that keep talkin’ that, that’s what we like,” Edwards said. “Well, I love it. He ain’t say nothing back but I’m pretty sure he heard me. They heard me. We live for that.”

For his part, Murray let his game do the talking for him in Game 4. The Nuggets two-guard finished with 19 points, five rebounds, eight assists, and three triples as he helped lead Denver to a crucial win.
It did look like Murray had a thing or two to say to Edwards at the end of the game, though.

This series is definitely heating up as these two teams now embark on a best-of-3 series the rest of the way. The Nuggets have a significant advantage here, though, with two of the last three games being in Denver.
