For players returning to the series, earning progress in both modes has changed in 2K24. Thanks to a new shared progression system, you can play either MyTEAM or MyCAREER, and still end up earning rewards for both. Therefore, you won’t be forced to play any mode you do not like.

This means if you enjoy MyCAREER only, you’ll earn all MyCAREER rewards, as well as the MyTEAM rewards too.
