NBA Announcer Stacey King Dead Sunday at 59

Former Chicago Bulls big man and NBA announcer Stacey King has died on Sunday. He was 59 years old.

The Bulls announced King's death on social media. King won three championships playing alongside Michael Jordan from 1991 until 1993. He played in the NBA from 1989-97. King played collegiately at Oklahoma.

Chicago confirmed his tragic passing on Sunday.

"We are devastated by the passing of 3x NBA Champion and beloved broadcaster Stacey King," they announced.

ESPN NBA insider Shams Charania confirmed the news.

"Stacey King has passed away at 59 years old. A three-time NBA champion with the Chicago Bulls across eight NBA seasons after being the No. 6 pick in the 1989 draft, and a beloved broadcaster for the team in his post-playing career," he shared on X, formerly known as Twitter, on Sunday.
