If you put faith into NBA betting trends when placing bets against the spread or over/unders, you've come to the right place.
As we head into another week in the NBA, consider this a resource for the best and worst teams ATS and hitting their overs or unders. We've also flagged the games of relevance that offer overlaps to monitor.
All trends are courtesy of TeamRankings.com, and betting trends are updated as of January 25.
32. Denver (18-27) 31. Brooklyn (18-27-1) 30. LA Lakers (19-28) 29. Portland (19-27) 28. Washington (19-27-1) 27. Atlanta (19-27) 26. Milwaukee (21-28) 25. Orlando (21-27) 24. Sacramento (21-27) 23. Utah (21-26-1)
Here we'll mark down the games that see a top-10 team meet a bottom-10 team at covering the spread. While this does not mean the better team is going to cover the spread, it should be a helpful piece of the puzzle when planning your NBA bets, however you weigh past trends when making a pick that night.

It's important to acknowledge what the tweet above suggests: unders are hitting far more often in the NBA this season. It's fun to target overs and root for points, but remember that value exists for betting unders.
Below is a list of the best teams at going over and the best teams at going under. We've also flagged the games this week where two teams inside the top ten for the same category face off.
As always, trends are just one factor. Others include rest, advantages, individual matchups, and pace. Be sure to stay here on Yardbarker all week for NBA bets and odds.
