NBA Champion Leaves G League Team To Play Overseas

Jordan Bell has spent the year in the G League playing for the Indiana Mad Ants. The former Oregon star is averaging 12.2 points, 7.3 rebounds, 4.6 assists, 1.3 steals and 2.7 blocks per contest while shooting 64.6% from the field and 22.7% from the three-point range in 22 games (12 starts).   On Monday, the Mad Ants announced that Bell would be leaving the team (via contract buyout) to play overseas.  Via Indiana Mad Ants Staff: "The Indiana Mad Ants, the NBA G League affiliate of the Indiana Pacers, have made a roster change as Jordan Bell has left the team via buyout to pursue an international opportunity."
