The Golden State Warriors fell to the Timberwolves Wednesday night, eliminating them from the NBA Playoffs' Western Conference semifinals.
A gentleman's sweep was likely not on the minds of Warriors fans, especially considering the fact that they won Game 1 even after Stephen Curry suffered a hamstring injury.
Over the next four games, however, Curry's absence proved too much to overcome.
Golden State will now head into the offseason looking to bolster its roster.
However, with no first-round pick, that could prove difficult.
A silver lining to Curry's injury was the re-emergence of Jonathan Kuminga. Kerr had benched Kuminga down the stretch in the regular season and didn't return to the rotation until Jimmy Butler got injured against Houston.
After Game 1, Kuminga averaged 24.2 points per game. While the Warriors still lost the series, he perhaps bolstered his trade value.
Kuminga is set to become a restricted free agent, but the Warriors will have the opportunity to match any offer sheet.
After struggling with the Timberwolves' size between Rudy Gobert, Naz Reid and Julius Randle, bringing in a traditional center could be in the cards.
According to insider Bobby Marks, Brook Lopez could be the answer.
"I think the one name to keep an eye on regarding that center position is Brook Lopez," Marks said. "The center market is thin. They've got four first-round picks that they can go out and be aggressive."

Lopez would bring a nice balance of size and shooting ability to a team that desperately needs it.
While they've gotten away with running Draymond Green at center in the regular season, the Warriors had trouble when teams threw multiple bigs at them.
Lopez averaged 1.9 blocks per game for the Milwaukee Bucks this season and 37.3% from three, the second-best clip of his career.
The Warriors could consider a player like Nikola Vucevic, but he wouldn't bring the defensive prowess that Lopez offers.
