NBA Legend Shaquille O’Neal Announces Major Personal News

NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal continues preparing for the return of Shaq’s Fun House during Big Game Weekend in 2026, an event he has hosted for multiple years, including during the COVID-19 pandemic, and that will have its next edition on Feb. 6.

The annual show will combine music, carnival attractions and celebrity appearances, with DJ Tiesto and T-Pain scheduled for live performances in San Francisco, CA.

While promoting the event, O’Neal shared unexpected personal news during an interview with Entertainment Tonight’s Nischelle Turner on Saturday.

Asked about his anti-aging routine, O’Neal acknowledged his use of blood-spinning treatments.

“First of all, don't you ever give out my secrets, woman. Stop giving my beauty secrets away!" O'Neal joked. "I’m 53. I’m not getting any younger. I just want to stay young, beautiful, and hot, similar to yourself.”

O’Neal explained that the treatments help him feel younger and maintain energy while preparing for major events, and then proceeded to reveal his next planned procedure.

“The next procedure I’m getting is a lip reduction, because these lips are so juicy,” O’Neal said.

O’Neal discussed his fitness goals, making it clear he's not yet at the stage he wants to reach.

“Uh, I’m not ready to take my shirt off yet, but I will soon,” O’Neal said.

The 15-time All-Star and four-time NBA champion remains a national analyst on “Inside the NBA,” now on ESPN, covering league storylines alongside longtime co-hosts Charles Barkley, Ernie Johnson and Kenny Smith.

Tickets for the Bay Area edition of Fun House are available since Friday, with the 2026 edition marking the eighth consecutive year the festival has been held since its inception.
